PROGRAMMING &

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

After the basic scope of the project is figured out, it would be time to get some lines on paper! Step 1 means we are officially into the design process. All of our projects, whether larger or small, will go through this critical first step.

This step gets everyone on the same page with scope. We are not talking about finishes, materials, or paint colors. This step ensures all the team members involved are sharing a brain regarding what’s expected from the scope of the project.
